- Delivery: Courier delivers only to the ground floor at the front entrance. The bed is wrapped in clear polythene, so please inspect it before the courier leaves.

- Additional Charges: An extra £40 postage charge applies to the following postcodes: AB, DD, EX, IP, KA, KY, LD, LL, MR, PH, SA, TQ, KW, IV, PA, PL, IM, ZE, HS, CT, PO, and DT. Delivery to these areas may also take longer than usual.
Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your bed, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that return charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or the wrong item was delivered.
- Damages: If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours to allow us to claim against the courier. We will replace any damaged parts free of charge.
